I Play Rocky

Sylvester Stallone, who was struggling to make a name for himself in the acting industry and was deemed unsuitable for leading roles due to his physical appearance, quickly wrote a screenplay to shape his own career. Although the producers liked the screenplay, they wanted to cast different, well-known actors in the lead role and offered Stallone large sums of money to hand over the project. Stallone rejected these offers, insisting on playing the character he had written himself, and took the first step toward launching his acting career.
