*Cancellation-refunds are not made for events affiliated with Dorock company.
-There is an age limit of 18. Under 18 is not allowed.
- Door Opening Time: 20.00
- The specified time is the event start time.
- There will be a ticket check at the entrance of the event, you must show your ticket on the phone.
- The organizer company has the right not to let in the people it does not deem appropriate at the entrance of the venue in order to provide an environment where guests can have fun comfortably.
- In order to provide an environment where guests can enjoy themselves comfortably, attention will be paid to the male / female ratio at the entrance of the venue and tickets will be refunded when necessary. All participants are kindly requested to attend the event by paying attention to this issue.
- It is strictly forbidden to bring professional cameras into the venue except for authorized photographers.
-It is forbidden to bring food and beverages into the concert area.
-The sound level inside may cause hearing impairment.
-Guests under the age of 18 cannot enter the venue with their parents.
-Ticket refunds are not given to those under the age of 18.
-The light system inside can harm Ms and Epilepsy patients and should be taken into consideration.

General Rules

- Tickets that are not used on the day and time are invalid and it is not possible to refund and/or change the ticket price and service fee. No request can be made to Biletinial for the refund of tickets that are not used on the day and time.
- If your ticket cannot be used for any reason other than force majeure or cancellation of the event, we kindly ask you to contact Biletinial at least 48 hours before the event time, otherwise your ticket cannot be canceled.
- The organizing institutions and/or organizations have the right to make changes in the seating arrangement and plan in the areas and/or concert halls where the concert will be held.
- The user agrees that the tickets purchased through Biletinial comply with the age limit rules applicable to the event. For age limits, it will be mandatory to present ID at the event venue for the ticket purchased.
- If there is a discounted ticket definition for the event and a ticket is purchased with the discounted ticket option, the User agrees and undertakes that he/she is subject to this discounted ticket. For discounted tickets, it will be mandatory to present the identity card at the event venue.
- In case of late arrival at the event time, Biletinial is not responsible in any way for taking the user to the event venue.
