Event Rules

- Door opening time is 1 hour before the event time.
- Entrance to the event hall is only for guests who have purchased a ticket.
- Audience members arriving after the start of the event will be subject to the 'late arrivals procedure' and will only be admitted to the hall when the production team deems appropriate. In order not to disturb the event and other participants, the entrance of the audience to the hall during the show will be organized in such a way as to cause the least possible disturbance.
- Audience members who leave the hall for any reason after the event has started will be considered 'late arrivals' and will be subject to the 'late arrivals procedure'.
- The event is suitable for participants aged 12 and above.

- Audience members under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or older.
- Sound patterns in the event area may cause temporary hearing problems.
- Light installations in the event area may cause temporary eye discomfort.
- All participants must have their tickets with them during the event.
- Participants who enter the event area will need to purchase new tickets if they exit the event area.
- Purchased tickets are non-refundable.
- Event tickets should only be purchased from the official sales points determined by the organizer.
- The organizer has the right not to admit the owners of the tickets not purchased from the official sales points to the Event area.
- The organizer has the right not to admit the person they do not deem appropriate to the Event area, provided that the Event ticket price is refunded.
- Food is not allowed in the hall.
- No pets are allowed in the concert area except guide dogs.
- No medication is allowed in the event area.
- You must keep your personal belongings with you in the event area. All personal belongings are the responsibility of the Participant.
- It is forbidden to enter the event area with flammable, explosive (such as deodorant, spray, perfume, etc.), flammable, cutting and piercing tools and laser pointers.
- Recording is strictly prohibited during the event. Professional audio and video equipment (video cameras, cameras, etc.), selfie sticks, GoPro sticks, etc. will not be allowed in the event area.
- The right to use the photos and videos of the participants in the event in promotional materials belongs to the venue and the organizer and the participant agrees to use this right by participating in the event.
- The organizer reserves the right to change the program and ticket prices.
