Berfin Aktay is a young Kurdish singer and musician from Nusaybin (Turkey), near the Turkish-Syrian border. She is a musician, singer, composer and arranger who has been sharing her emotions, memories, dreams, loves, sadness, love for her homeland, pain and loss on digital platforms and social media for years. Preserving the tradition of Kurdish music while at the same time opening new avenues for him to develop his passion for modern techniques and sound design.

Hêja Netirk comes from Kurdistan and lives in exile in Hamburg. In her debut EP “Stranên Neşuştî” (“Unwashed Songs”) she develops a feminist approach to Kurdish songs and addresses social issues. This time Hêja developed Kurdish club concepts with her duo partner Rico Danta and guest musician Saidê Tembûrvan. They take you on a journey that starts in Kurdistan and ends in the port of Hamburg. Along the way we will sing and dance against fascism, exploitation and colonialism. Are you coming too?
