Gala Concerts - Batavia Madrigal Singers - Georgia State University - Orfeon San Juan Bautista
The second night of the World Symposium on Choral Music hosts Batavia Madrigal Singers from Indonesia, Georgia State University Choir from the United States, and Orfeon San Juan Bautista from Puerto Rico.
Batavia Madrigal Singers, winner of 2022 European Grand Prix Award, with their conductor Avip Priatna, will introduce Asian Choral Music repertories to the audience.
Georgia State University Choir, having shared the stage with world renown names like Andrea Bocelli, Sarah Brightman and Michael Bublé, with their conductorDeanna Lynn Joseph, will perform a wide repertoire from Beethoven to contemporary composers.
One of Puerto Rico’s professional chamber choirs, conducted by Guarionex Morales-Matos and Daniel Alejandro Tapia-Santiago, will perform traditional and popular pieces from Latin America.
