        Doğukan Polat, 5 Haziran 1990 tarihinde İstanbul, Üsküdar’da doğmuştur. Beykent Üniversitesi Oyunculuk bölümü ile Anadolu üniversitesi sosyoloji bölümünü okudu ve mezun oldu. Kadıköy Halk Eğitim Merkezinde ve Akademi 35 Buçuk’da oyunculuk eğitimi aldı.
