        1975 yılında Tatar kökenli bir ailenin ikinci çocuğu olarak İstanbul'da dünyaya geldi. Annesi Sibel Hanım bir öğretim görevlisi, babası Teoman Bey ise bir endüstri mühendisidir. Modern bale koreografı olan ablası Zeynep Günsür Yüceil aynı zamanda bir öğretim görevlisidir.
