Osman, who came to Izmit from his village to become a columnist, became a newspaper distributor instead of being a columnist. Osman, whose only dream is to become a writer one day, lives a cute and naive life in his neighborhood, until Osman's cousin Fiko and Dursun, whom he brought with him, arrive. The tragicomic and stuttering story of Osman and those around him, who never gets out of trouble with their arrival, is told.
