Emilia Clarke (Game of Thrones) makes her West End debut in The Seagull, a distinctive, 21st-century modernization of Anton Chekhov's play by Naya Reiss.

A young woman desperately seeks fame and a way out. A young man is devastated after the woman of his dreams. A brilliant writer longs for the feeling of success. An actress struggles to resist the changing times. In a lonely house in the countryside, with shattered dreams, shattered hopes, broken hearts and nowhere to go, the only option is to attack each other.

Directed by Jamie Llyod, who received full marks from critics for his role in Cyrano de Bergerac, The Seagull stars Tom Rhys Harries, Daniel Mons, Sophie Wu and Indira Varma (Game of Thrones), as well as Clarke.
