''No, since that night I feel relieved, but I don't feel like I've cooled down yet. I don't understand, my anger was just sitting inside me like an aluminum ball. It has cooled down. But sometimes I feel bad again. Ever since that night, something has stuck to me. My head won't stop, it's always working. My brain is always awake. I say, "Shut up sometimes, girl. I don't know, if I'm a woman, I guess the inside of my head is a woman too. A woman with eyes wide open like a genie.''

Ayten, who works as a restroom attendant in a pavilion, tells her story one by one in her office. How she "ended up" here, her husband who left her, her grief, her enthusiasm, her other friends who work in the pavilion she loves so much, but most of all her anger... When that anger, which she could not define in the past and whose meaning she had reached piece by piece, breaks like the frosted glass of the toilet one day, nothing is ever the same again.

*The following rules apply for the events of Fişekhane;

- Unless the event is cancelled or postponed, ticket refunds, cancellations and changes cannot be made.
- Ticket control will be done at the entrance of the event, you must show your ticket from your phone.
- The specified time is the event start time.
- Late arrivals are admitted at intermission if there is an intermission in theatre performances; at the first appropriate applause in concerts, dances, performances. Otherwise, they cannot be admitted.
- There is an age limit of 16 at the event.
- It is forbidden to record with cameras, cameras, mobile phones and all kinds of recording devices.

- Tickets that are not used on the day and time are invalid and it is not possible to refund and/or change the ticket price and service fee. Tickets that are not used on the day and time cannot be requested from Biletinial for refund.
- If your ticket cannot be used for any reason other than force majeure or cancellation of the event, we kindly ask you to contact Biletinial at the latest 48 hours before the event time, otherwise your ticket cannot be cancelled.
- The organising institution and/or organisations have the right to make changes in the seating arrangement and plan in the areas where the concert will be held and/or in the concert halls when they deem appropriate.
- The user agrees that the tickets purchased through Biletinial comply with the age limit rules applicable to the event. For age limits, it will be mandatory to present an ID at the event venue for the ticket purchased.
- If there is a discounted ticket definition for the event and a ticket is purchased with the discounted ticket option, the User agrees and undertakes that he/she is subject to this discounted ticket. For discounted tickets, it will be mandatory to present the identity card at the event venue.
- In case of late arrival at the event time, Biletinial is in no way responsible for taking the user to the event venue.
