Rules for Uru Organisation Events;

- No spectators will be allowed inside after the game starts.
-Door opening time is 19:30, game start time is 21:00.
-There will be no ticket sales at the door. All tickets will be checked online and entrance to the area will be provided. Please have your online ticket ready.
- Participants of all ages are subject to ticket. The age limit for each play is stated on the sales page of the event. Audiences under the specified age will not be accepted. 
- Persons under the age of 18 who will participate in the events must be accompanied by their parents (mother - father). 
- The organiser company has the right not to admit people who it deems unsuitable for the event, provided that the ticket fee is refunded. 
- The organising company reserves the right to make any changes in the programme due to unforeseen and unavoidable reasons. 
- The organising company has the right to change the ticket prices. - It is forbidden to bring food and beverages from outside. 
- It is forbidden to enter the event area with Selfie Stick and GoPro sticks. 
- It is forbidden to enter the event area with professional audio and video equipment (video camera and camera). 
- Recording is strictly prohibited during the event. The audience agrees that audiovisual recording devices may be confiscated if the artist management deems it appropriate. 
- Please keep your ticket and/or wristband during the event. 
- All participants are required to keep their ID cards with them and present them when requested. 
- We would like to remind you that you are responsible for your belongings in the event area. 
- It is forbidden to enter the event area with flammable, explosive (such as deodorant, spray, perfume, etc.), flammable, cutting and piercing tools and laser pointers. 
- Security personnel will subject everyone entering the event area to a security search.
- Sale of alcohol and tobacco products to participants under 18 years of age is prohibited. 
- Sound systems in the event area may cause temporary hearing problems. 
- Light installations in the event area may cause temporary eye discomfort. 
- Event tickets should only be purchased from the official sales points determined by the organiser. The organiser has the right to remove the owners of the tickets not purchased from the official sales points from the event venue. 
- If the spectators who have entered the event area leave the area, they must purchase a new ticket in order to re-enter the area. 
- Event tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. New tickets will not be printed for lost tickets. 
- The right to use the photographs and video footage of the participants in the event in promotional materials belongs to the event organisation and the participant accepts the use of this right by participating in the event.
- It is forbidden to bring pets to the event.

Inspera Bodrum Company Rules:

Ticket price is priced including performance and one local drink. The specified price is 1 ticket price for a single person.
Food and drinks after the first local drink will be charged separately.
Door opening time is 19:30, Right or Wrong show will start at 21:00 and will continue until 23:30 with live music performance.
Inspera Mini Stage reserves the right to make changes to the discounted ticket purchase conditions.
Inspera Mini Sahne reserves the right to make changes in the event area and time.
Inspera Mini Stage is not suitable for participation with pets.
It is forbidden to bring food and drinks from outside. Snacks and drinks will be served from our bar during the event.
It is forbidden to enter the event area with Selfie Stick and GoPro sticks.
It is forbidden to enter the event area with professional audio and video equipment (video camera and camera).
Inspera Mini Stage has the right to shoot and publish these images during the event. The right to use the video images of the ticket purchasers as a film or photograph in online broadcast platforms and/or promotional films belongs to the company and the participant accepts the use of this right by participating in the event and gives consent to the publication of his/her image.
It is strictly forbidden to record during the event.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the indoor areas of Inspera Mini Stage. Those who do not comply with this rule will be ejected and tickets will not be refunded.
Purchased tickets can only be cancelled, refunded and changed up to 12 hours in advance.

General Rules:

- Tickets that are not used on the day and time are invalid and it is not possible to refund and/or change the ticket price and service fee. Tickets that are not used on the day and time cannot be requested from Biletinial for refund.
- If your ticket cannot be used for any reason other than force majeure or cancellation of the event, we kindly ask you to contact Biletinial at the latest 48 hours before the event time, otherwise your ticket cannot be cancelled.
- The organising institution and/or organisations have the right to make changes in the seating arrangement and plan in the areas where the concert will be held and/or in the concert halls when they deem appropriate.
- The user agrees that the tickets purchased through Biletinial comply with the age limit rules applicable to the event. For age limits, it will be mandatory to present an ID at the event venue for the ticket purchased.
- If there is a discounted ticket definition for the event and a ticket is purchased with the discounted ticket option, the User agrees and undertakes that he/she is subject to this discounted ticket. For discounted tickets, it will be mandatory to present the identity card at the event venue.
- In case of late arrival at the event time, Biletinial is in no way responsible for taking the user to the event venue.
