- We inform you that no spectators will be allowed inside after the show starts and we wish you a good watch.

- Suitable for participants aged 16 and over.

- No outside food and beverages will be allowed in the event area.

- The organising company reserves the right to change the programme and ticket prices.

- The organisation company has the right not to allow people who disturb / disturb other guests to the event venue, provided that the ticket price for the event is refunded.

-Cameras, cameras, sound devices etc. will not be allowed in the event venue.

- There is no cancellation, refund and change in the purchased tickets.

- Please do not bring pets to the event.

- Audio and video recordings will be made during the event. The organiser and the artist have the right to use these images later on without any approval from the participants.

- Tickets that are not used on the day and time are invalid and it is not possible to refund and/or change the ticket price and service fee. No request can be made to Biletinial for the refund of tickets not used on the day and time.
- The organising institutions and/or organisations have the right to change the seating arrangement and plan in the areas and/or concert halls where the concert will be held.
- The user accepts that he/she complies with the age limit rules valid for the event for the tickets purchased through Biletinial. For age limits, it will be mandatory to present an ID at the event venue for the ticket purchased.
- If there is a discounted ticket definition for the event and a ticket is purchased with the discounted ticket option, the User agrees and undertakes that he/she is subject to this discounted ticket. For discounted tickets, it will be mandatory to present the identity card at the event venue.
- In case of late arrival at the event time, Biletinial is in no way responsible for taking the user to the event venue.
