Taraji P. Henson
Taraji Penda Henson(d. 11 Eylül 1970)Amerikalı aktör ve şarkıcı. Henson Howard Universitesi'nde oyunculuk okudu ve Hollywood kariyerine konuk oyuncu olarak birçok televizyon programına katıldı. Daha sonra Baby Boy (2001) filminde oynadı. 2005 yılında, Henson Hustle & Flow filmiyle üne kavuştu ve Queenie karakteriyle David Fincher'ın The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (2008) filminde yer aldı, bu filmle Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress ödülünü aldı.
Henson ayrıca geniş bir televizyon kariyerine sahip bunlardan bir kaçı; The Division, Boston Legal ve Eli Stone. 2011'den 2013 yılına kadar Detective Jocelyn Carter rolüyle Person of Interest dizisinde oynadı. 2015 yılına kadar bir filmde yer aldı ve şu an Cookie Lyon karakteriyle FOX drama dizisi Empire'da oynamaktadır.
