The Gold Rush

A lone prospector arrives in Alaska and a snowstorm drags him to the cabin of the vigilante Black Lawson. Meanwhile, other prospectors and a few other interesting characters have also been swept into the same cabin. After the storm subsides, Chaplin arrives in a mining town and discovers the love of his life... There are many classic comedy scenes in Gold Rush. These include the starving Chaplin cooking his boots in hot water and imagining the laces of his boots as spaghetti, his great love Georgina and her friends waiting for New Year's Eve dinner, tears rolling down his chin when he realizes they are not coming, and Chaplin falling asleep and entertaining his dinner guests in his dream by making them dance by sticking a fork into two potatoes...
