How to Use Biletinial BİPuan?
1. Membership
After opening Biletinial.com, Turkey's largest event ticketing platform, in your browser, click on the user icon.
If you are a member, log in with your membership details. If you are not a member, click on the ‘Sign Up Now’ link.
Fill in all the information on the page that opens. Set a password that is at least 8 characters long, contains at least one uppercase letter, at least one lowercase letter, and at least one number.
Read and accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy.
Finally, click on the ‘Sign Up’ button.
2. Phone Number Verification
After signing up, click on the user icon again. On the ‘My Membership Information’ page, under the Mobile Phone (GSM) heading,
click on the ‘Verify’ button. Read and accept the disclosure text and click on the ‘Get Code’ button.
Enter the code sent to your mobile phone via SMS in the field provided and click on the ‘Verify’ button.
3. Loading BİPuan
After verifying your mobile number, refresh the page and click on the ‘My Points’ menu.
On the page that opens, enter your coupon code in the ‘Load BİPuan with Coupon’ field and click on the ‘Load’ button.
Once the transaction is complete, you can view your points balance on the same screen.
4. Purchasing Tickets with BİPuan
You can use your BİPuan for all events on Biletinial.com.
To purchase a ticket, select a category, specify your city, and click on the event you wish to attend.
On the event details page, click on the ‘Buy Ticket’ button, select your seat, and press the ‘Pay Now’ button.
On the payment page, select the ‘Pay with BİPuan’ option from the payment methods.
After agreeing to the terms of use and disclosure text, complete the transaction by clicking the ‘Pay with Points’ button.
If your payment amount exceeds your BİPuan balance, you can purchase additional points by using the ‘Load BİPuan with Credit Card’ option in the ‘My Points’ menu on your user page.
You can view the e-tickets you have purchased by clicking the ‘Show’ button in the ‘My Tickets’ menu on your membership page
and use them to enter the event.
