An invisible bond spanning three generations brings Özgür and Mavi—who are unaware of their shared past—together years later when their paths cross in an organ donation project.

Beginning in 1960s Ankara, when a child gives a box left by his mother to a little girl, the bond extends into different lives as the box changes hands over the years. After Deniz’s death, her heart is transplanted into Özgür, the man she loved. Özgür, who has withdrawn into himself, consumed by grief and guilt, meets Mavi through a social responsibility project she organized to raise awareness about organ donation; neither of them is aware of the connection in their past.
