    Mandıra Filazofu yönetmeni Müfit Can Saçıntı'dan keyifli bir aile filmi daha. 'Babamın Ceketi' adlı film işsizlik yüzünden evlenemeyen Ferhan'ın hikayesini konu alıyor. 

    Ferhat ve Aslıhan bir süredir birlikteliklerini evliliğe taşımak ister. Damat Ferhat'ın işsiz olması evliliklerinde ki en büyük engeldir. Aslıhan'ın babası ciddi bir rahatsızlık yaşar ve kızını evlenmesi için baskı yapar. Öleceğini düşününen Aslıhan'ın babası, kızının mürüvvetini ölmeden görmek ister. İşsiz olan Ferhat ise düğün için para bulması gerekir. Ferhat'ın en büyük destekçisi olan babası İbrahim'de oğluna iş aramaya başlar. İş bulma macerası Ferhat'ı türlü aksiyonlar içerisine sokuyor.
