A father-daughter and coming-of-age story, a simple, subtle drama about the rapid passage of time, full of the sadness and joy of memories... Sophie remembers the unforgettable moments of the holiday she spent with her father in a holiday village in Fethiye, 20 years ago, with the melancholy she feels for the past. Even though he thinks he knows his father, years later there are gaps between what he remembers and reality. This first feature film by Scottish Charlotte Wells, director of the award-winning shorts Blue Christmas and Laps, not only received the Jury Prize at the Cannes Film Festival, where it was presented to the audience, but also with the performance and innovative style of Paul Mescal, whom we know from Normal People. It received great acclaim from both critics and audiences.
