        Kurak Günler film details

        Emre is a newly appointed prosecutor in the town of Yanıklar. Embracing the pending work with great seriousness, Emre is welcomed with great respect by the townsfolk, especially the mayor Selim Bey. However, despite this welcome, some awkwardness and tensions arise from the first day. As the mayoral elections approach, the tension in the town increases. Although Emre does not want to take sides in the political disputes, the grumblings against him gradually bring him closer to Murat, the town's opposition journalist, and the young prosecutor soon becomes trapped in a vicious circle.
