Tickets not used on the specified date and time are invalid, and neither the ticket price nor the service fee can be refunded, nor can changes be made. Requests for refunds of tickets not used on the specified date and time cannot be made through Biletinial.

If your ticket cannot be used for any reason other than force majeure or event cancellation, you may contact Biletinial no later than 48 hours before the event time. 

The organizing institution and/or organization reserves the right to make seat changes in the seating arrangement and layout of the concert venues and/or concert halls as deemed appropriate. 

The User acknowledges that they comply with the age restrictions applicable to the event for tickets purchased through Biletinial. For age-restricted events, presentation of identification at the event venue will be mandatory. 

If discounted tickets are available for the event and a ticket is purchased using the discounted ticket option, the User acknowledges and agrees to be subject to the terms of the discounted ticket. For discounted tickets, presentation of identification at the event venue is mandatory.

In the event of arriving late for the event, Biletinial shall not be held responsible in any way for the User’s admission to the event venue.
