Ispartaspor, 1967 yılında Isparta’da kurulmuş, uzun süre alt liglerde mücadele etmiştir. 2000’li yıllarda yaşanan mali sıkıntılar nedeniyle faaliyetleri durmuş ve kulüp 2014’te kapatılmıştır. Ardından kurulan Isparta 32 Spor, 2020-2021 sezonunda 3. Lig şampiyonu olarak 2. Lig’e yükselmiş ve kentin futbol mirasını sürdürmüştür. 2023 yılı itibarıyla yeniden Ispartaspor adını alan kulüp, profesyonel liglerdeki yerini geri almıştır.
