BiographyCihangir Ceyhan, 15 Ekim 1989 tarihinde Adana'da dünyaya gelmiştir. Aslen baba tarafından Elazığ'lıdır. İstanbul'da iki buçuk yıl kamera önü oyunculuk dersi aldı. Sonrasında Adana'ya geri döndü.
İlk oyunculuk deneyimini 2015 yılında yayınlanan Yusuf isimli sinema filminde hayat verdiği Serdar karakteri ile yaşamıştır. Ardından internet üzerinden yayınlanan Sıfır Bir Adana dizisinde Cio karakterini canlandırmış ve geniş bir hayran kitlesine sahip olmuştur.
