Who is Dalton Trumbo?
BiographyRoma Tatili, Exodus, Spartaküs, Thirty Seconds Over Tokyo gibi filmlerin senaryosunun yazımında bulunmuş Amerikan senarist ve yazar. 1947 yılında Amerikan Karşıtı Faaliyetleri İzleme Komitesi'nin film endüstrisindeki komünist etkiler soruşturmasında komiteye karşı ifade vermeyi reddettiği için kara listeye alınmıştır. Çalışmalarına gizlice devam etmiş ve kazandığı iki Akademi Ödülü'nde ismi geçmeden çalışmıştır; öncü yazar olarak Roma Tatili (1953) ve takma adıyla The Brave One (1956). 1960 yılında halk onun ismini öne sürmeye başlayınca Hollywood Kara Listesi'nden çıkarıldı ve önceki başarıları için ismi geçmeye başladı.
