Biography9 Temmuz 1951 tarihinde İstanbul’da doğdu. Babasının karşı çıkmasına rağmen 17 yaşında İstanbul Şehir Tiyatrolarına figüran olarak girdi. Daha sonra, İstanbul Şehir Tiyatroları’ndan emekli oluncaya dek, pek çok oyunda önemli roller üstlendi.
Oldukça genç bir yaşta emekli olduğu için, yıllarca çalıştığı kuruma, daha sonra konuk oyuncu statüsü ile geri döndü. Ayrıca, tiyatro hayatı boyunca, Tiyatro İstanbul, Sadri Alışık Tiyatrosu gibi tiyatrolarda konuk oyuncu ve konuk yönetmen olarak çalışmalar yaptı. Televizyondaki “Seç Bakalım” adlı programıyla da adından uzun süre söz ettiren Yazıcıoğlu, tiyatronun yanı sıra uzun yıllar seslendirme sanatçılığı ve seslendirme yönetmenliği yaptı.
