Who is Eugène Ionesco?
BiographyEugène Ionesco, uyumsuz tiyatronun önde gelen yazarlarından biridir. Sıradan durumların ötesinde bireyin var oluşundaki anlamsızlığı kendine özgü bir dille anlatmaktadır. 84 yaşında ölen Ionesco, Paris'teki Montparnasse Mezarlığı'na gömülmüştür. Genellikle Fransızca yazmasına rağmen Romanya'nın en çok gurur duyduğu isimlerden biridir. Rumenlerin bu konudaki temel kırgınlığının, gerçek adı olan Eugen Ionescu yerine isminin Fransızca söylenişi olan Eugène Ionesco olarak tanınması olduğu bilinir.
