BiographyKumail Ali Nanjiani (2 Mayıs 1978 doğumlu) Pakistanlı-Amerikalı bir komedyen, oyuncu ve senarist. Öncelikle HBO komedi dizisi Silicon Valley'deki (2014-2019) Dinesh rolüyle ve romantik komedi filmi The Big Sick'te (2017) birlikte yazıp başrol oynamasıyla tanınır. İkincisini eşi Emily V. Gordon ile birlikte yazdığı için En İyi Orijinal Senaryo Akademi Ödülü'ne aday gösterildi. 2018'de Time dergisi onu dünyanın en etkili 100 kişisinden biri olarak seçti.
Nanjiani ayrıca Adventure Time animasyon dizisinde Prismo'yu seslendirdi ve TNT dizisi Franklin & Bash ve Adult Swim dizisi Newsreaders'da rol aldı. Ayrıca Jonah ve Kumail ile birlikte Comedy Central şovu The Meltdown'a ev sahipliği yaptı ve komedi dizisi Portlandia'da çeşitli roller oynadı.
