BiographyBabası Türk annesi Alman kökenli olan Meryem Uzerli, Kassel'de doğmuş ama gençliği Hamburg'ta geçmiştir. Schauspielstudio Frese’de oyunculuk ve tiyatro eğitimi almıştır. Berlin başta olmak üzere Hamburg ve Kassel’in de içinde bulunduğu Almanya’nın önemli merkezlerinde tiyatrolarda ve Alman yapımı pek çok dizi ve filmde oynamıştır. 5 Ocak 2011'de yayına başlayan Muhteşem Yüzyıl dizisinin 8 ay süren oyuncu seçmeleri sonucunda Hürrem Sultan rolüne seçilmiş ve Türkiye'de ilk oyunculuk deneyimini kazanmıştır.
