Who is Özen Yula?
BiographyTiyatro yazarıdır aynı zamanda öykü, roman, deneme türlerinde yazdığı önemli eserleri de vardır. Annesi öğretmen, babası ise bir subay olan Yula, Gaziantep Anadolu Lisesi'nde başladığı lise eğitimine burslu olarak ABD'de Oregon'da West Albany High School'da devam etti. Hacettepe Üniversitesi Ekonomi Bölümü’nden mezun olduktan sonra Ankara Üniversitesi DTCF Tiyatro Anabilim Dalı’nda yüksek lisans yaptı. Yaşamına kısa bir süre New York'da devam eden sanatçı Türkiye'de dergi editörlüğü ve reklam yazarlığı da yaptı. Oyunları ve eserleri üniversitelerde çeşitli tezler ve incelemelere konu olan Özen Yula, halen serbest yazarlık yanında tiyatro yönetmenliği de yapmaktadır.
