BiographyUfuk Bayraktar (d. 12 Eylül 1981, İstanbul, Türkiye), Türk sinema ve dizi oyuncusudur.
Liseyi Gürsoy Koleji'nde okuduktan sonra üniversite okumama kararı aldı ve babası Cevahir Bayraktar'ın Cihangir'de işlettiği Firuzağa Kahvesinde çalışmaya başladı. Burada Zeki Demirkubuz tarafından keşfedildi ve yönetmenin Bekleme Odası ile Kader adlı filmlerinde rol aldı. Daha sonra Nuri Bilge Ceylan'ın İklimler, Semih Kaplanoğlu'nun Yumurta, Cemal Şan'ın Ali'nin Sekiz Günü ve Feo Aladağ'ın Ayrılık adlı filmlerinde rol aldı.
2009-2011 yılları arasında Show TV ve atv'de yayınlanan Ezel adlı dizide Tuncel Kurtiz'in oynadığı Ramiz Dayı karakterinin gençliğini canlandırdı.
