Elementary school students Negin and Nazgol find some money frozen in the winter ice and try to retrieve it. Meanwhile, Massoud leads an increasingly confused group of tourists through Winnipeg's monuments and historical sites. Matthew resigns from his meaningless job in a government office in Quebec and embarks on a mysterious journey to visit his mother. Space, time and personal identities cross, intertwine and resonate in a surreal comedy of errors.
