The film tells the story of the Wannsee Conference that took place on 20th of January 1942 in Berlin Wannsee where leading representatives from the German Nazi regime decided on the systematic murder of 11 million jews.

Matti Geschonneck
Matti Geschonneck, 1952 yılında Postdam, Doğu Almanya'da doğdu. Babası Erwin Geschonneck, Doğu Almanya’nın en ünlü aktörlerinden biridir. Eisenstein Enstitüsü’nde film okuyan Geschonneck, 1970’li yıllarda Batı Almanya’ya göç etti. Yönetmenlik haricinde asistan yönetmenlik yapan Geschonneck, 70’li yıllardan beri pekçok film ve dizide yazarlık ve oyunculuk da yaptı.
Matti Geschonneck was born in Postdam, East Germany in 1952. His father, Erwin Geschonneck was one of the most prolific actors to come out of East Germany. Having studied film at Eisenstein Institute Matti Geswchonneck emigrated to West Germany in the 1970’s. Besides directing Geschonneck is also an assistant director having produced many films and tv shows since the 1970’s where he also was the screenwriter and actor.
