Tickets not used on the specified date and time are invalid, and neither a refund of the ticket price nor the service fee, nor any changes, are possible. Requests for refunds of tickets not used on the specified date and time cannot be made through Biletinial.

If your ticket cannot be used for any reason other than force majeure or the cancellation of the event, you may contact Biletinial no later than 48 hours before the event start time. 

The organizing institution and/or organization reserves the right to change seating arrangements in concert venues and/or concert halls as it deems appropriate. 

The User acknowledges that they comply with the age restriction rules applicable to the event for tickets purchased through Biletinial. For age-restricted events, presentation of identification will be required at the event venue. 

If discounted tickets are available for the event and a ticket is purchased using the discounted ticket option, the User acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms of that discounted ticket. For discounted tickets, presentation of identification at the event venue is mandatory.

In the event of arriving late for the event, Biletinial assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the User’s admission to the event venue.
