ABOUT
Wicker
The film tells the extraordinary story of a lonely woman who commissions a mysterious basket weaver to make her a husband, through the lens of a fantastical fairy tale.
A lonely fisherwoman, constantly mocked by her neighbors, lives on the outskirts of a seaside village. One day, fed up with her narrow-minded and oppressive neighbors, she orders a husband for herself. When her husband—made of wicker—appears at her doorstep, this unusual love affair triggers a wave of anger, jealousy, and chaos in the conservative town.
