        Kader Postası, Zeynep adında bir kadının, çocukluktan başlayıp yetişkinliğe uzanan hayat hikayesini konu ediyor. Zeynep ile en yakın çocukluk arkadaşı Yusuf, birlikte büyüyen iki gençtir. Onların arasındaki arkadaşlık, ergenlik dönemine geldikerinde yerini aşka bırakır. Ancak Yusuf'un kasabadan zamansız bir şekilde gidişi, ikisinin yollarının da ayrılmasına neden olur. Zeynep'in yaşadığı bu acı, onun ergenlikten çıkıp, yetişkin bir kadına dönüşmesine neden olur. Yaşadığı acıyı kağıda dökmeye başlayan Zeynep, kaybettiği sevgiyi mahkumlara yazdığı mektuplarda aramaya başlar. Bu durum bir süre sonra Zeynep'i müebbet cezası alan bir mahkuma götürür.
