The Wizard of the Kremlin

Russia in the early 1990s. In the midst of post-Soviet chaos, a brilliant young man, Vadim Baranov, forges his own path. First an artist, then a reality TV producer, Baranov becomes a propaganda advisor to Vladimir Putin, a rising KGB agent. At the heart of power, Baranov is shaping the new Russia, blurring the boundaries between truth and lies, faith and manipulation. Only the magnetic Ksenia remains outside his control and distracts him from this dangerous game. Years later, after years of silence and shrouded in mystery, Baranov finally opens up and reveals the dark secrets of the regime he helped build.
