Half-sisters Diana and Lily grew up at an all-inclusive resort on Gran Canaria, where their mother worked as a hostess. 25 years later, they have both created distance from their mother and from each other: Diana works at a kindergarten in a small town in Norway, while Lily is a star of the alternative Hamburg art scene. The sudden death of their mother under mysterious circumstances forces them to return to the island and confront their forgotten past. The intriguing drama by director Itonja Søimer Guttormsen, starring Renate Reinsve and Helene Bjørneby, premiered at the International Film Festival Rotterdam.
