        Yönetmenliğini Osman Taşçı´nın yaptığı, sadi Celil Cengiz´in hem senaryosunu yazdığı hem de başrolünde oynadığı komedi filmi Olaylar Olaylar, Karadeniz insanının tatlı sert duygusallığını yansıtıyor. Sadi Celil Cengiz’in yanı sıra Enes Atış, Fırat Tanış, Tuğçe Kurşunoğlu, Zeynep Kankonde, Burak Satibol, Ceren Moray gibi oyuncularla beraber konuk olarak Burak Kut da yer alıyor.

        Filmde ilahi klipleri çeken yönetmen Haldun Derman’ın, (Sadi Celil Cengiz) tüm servetini yatırdığı film projesinin, muhafazakar başrol oyuncusunun bir magazine skandalına imza atmasıyla iptal olması ve sonrasında memleketi Çarşamba’da bir mafya babasının (Fırat Tanış) yönettiği bir kanalın başına geçmesiyle yaşadığı gizem dolu maceralar anlatılıyor.
