Parasite, master filmmaker Bong Joon-ho's Palme d'Or-winning film Parasite is about the Kim family, who live in a basement-like house in a neighborhood swallowed by metropolitan Seoul, and what happens when their son Ki-woo becomes the tutor of Da-hye, the daughter of the wealthy Park family.

Ki-Taek is a poor and unemployed man. He lives with his wife, son and daughter in an insect-infested house in one of the back neighborhoods of Seoul. One day Ki-Taek's son, Ki-Woo, gets a job as a tutor in the home of an extremely wealthy family and soon becomes a part of the Park family's life, along with his own family.
