The Gentleman

When Olga, the only link in his lonely life, is murdered, Theo, an ex-soldier haunted by the memories of his wife, embarks on a violent quest for revenge, pursued by a police inspector and a hit man.

Haunted by the ghosts of the past and the memories of his late wife, ex-American soldier Theo has the only human interaction in his routine life every Thursday with Olga, a prostitute. When Olga is murdered, Theo embarks on a sweeping quest for revenge to make her pay for the bond she has lost. Iborra, a police inspector struggling with alcoholism, and Herodes, a cold-blooded hitman, follow in Theo's violent footsteps. This tragic process, which has been shaped over the years and has an emotional basis beyond habit, turns into a showdown in which the accounts of the past are settled as the characters' paths cross.
