        Saf filmi; gecekonduda yaşayan bir çiftin, mahallede çıkan kentsel dönüşüm söylentileri sonrasında değişen hayatlarını konu ediyor. Kamil ile Remziye, Fikirtepe’de bir gecekondu mahallesinde yaşayan evli bir çifttir. Naif bir adam olan Kamil, yan mahallede yürütülen kentsel dönüşüm projesinin şantiyesinde çalışmaya başlar. Uygulanan kentsel dönüşüm projesine mahalleli oldukça tepkilidir. Mahallesinde gördüğü tepkiler ve iş yerinde artan baskılar, Kamil’i farklı bir adama dönüştürür. Kamil’in yaşadıkları onunla birlikte en çok eşi Remziye’yi etkiler. “El Yazısı” filmi ile tanınan Ali Vatansever’in yönetmen koltuğunda oturduğu filmin başrollerini Saadet Işıl Aksoy ve Erol Afşin paylaşıyor. Senaryosu da Ali Vatansever’e ait olan filmin kadrosunda Onur Buldu, Ümmü Putgül ve Kida Ramadan gibi isimler yer alıyor.
