The film tells the story of Derya and Aziz, an artist couple who lose their jobs after the theater play they put on stage, and what they go through during this difficult bend in their lives.
What happens on the premiere night of their new play causes an irreversible break in the lives of Derya and Aziz, a well-known artist couple in Ankara. Targeted overnight and losing their jobs and their home, the couple is forced to move to Istanbul with their 13-year-old daughter Ezgi to live with Aziz's mother. In this temporary shelter, Aziz is determined to survive with daily work while not compromising his ethical values. Derya, on the other hand, finds herself on the brink of difficult decisions as she searches for a way to get the family out of the situation they are in. In this process full of uncertainties, the distance between them and their daughter Ezgi is slowly widening and the couple will have to make a choice between the values they defend and their common future.
