Event Rules

Unnumbered tickets are sold in the halls.

Since the films shown at the festival are not classified, all films are suitable for an audience of 18+, in accordance with the legislation.

Audiences under the age of 18 will not be allowed into the hall.

No cameras, still cameras, mobile phones, etc. are allowed during the screening.

Recording with recording devices is prohibited by law. Recording devices will not be allowed in the halls.

Audiences who arrive late to the screening will not be allowed into the hall and their tickets will not be refunded. We kindly ask you to be present in the hall 20 minutes before the screening start time.

There will be no breaks during the screenings.

No food or drink other than water is allowed in the halls.

• Tickets that are not used on the day and time are invalid and it is not possible to refund and/or change the ticket price and service fee. A request cannot be made to Biletinial for the refund of tickets that are not used on the day and time.
• If your ticket cannot be used for any reason other than force majeure or cancellation of the event, we kindly ask you to contact Biletinial at least 48 hours before the event time, otherwise your ticket cannot be canceled.
• Organizing institutions and/or organizations have the right to change the seating order and plan of the concert areas and/or concert halls when they deem it appropriate.
• The User agrees to comply with the age limit rules applicable to the event for the tickets purchased through Biletinial. For age limits, it will be mandatory to present identification at the event venue for the ticket purchased.
• If there is a discounted ticket definition for the event and a ticket is purchased with the discounted ticket option, the User accepts and undertakes to be subject to this discounted ticket. For discounted tickets, it will be mandatory to present identification at the event venue for the purchased ticket.
• In case the event time is late, Biletinial is not responsible in any way for taking the user to the event venue.

The system is firs evaluated by a judge, however when big corporations and politics are involved, money and greed overcome impartiality and analysis. The argument of the film will be discussed at a panel organized by the festival.
