- Tickets that are not used on the day and time are invalid and it is not possible to refund and/or change the ticket price and service fee. It is not possible to apply to Pickaseat for a refund of tickets that are not used on the day and time.
- If your ticket cannot be used for a reason other than force majeure or the cancellation of the event, please contact Pickaseat at least 48 hours before the event, otherwise your ticket cannot be cancelled. (Moda Sahnesi has a right of cancellation until the time of the event)
- The organising institution and/or organisations have the right to change the seating arrangements and the plan in the areas and/or concert halls where the concert takes place.
- The User undertakes to comply with the age restrictions applicable to the event for tickets purchased via Pickaseat. For age restrictions, it is mandatory to present an ID at the venue for the ticket purchased.
- If there is a definition of discounted tickets for the event and a ticket with the discounted ticket option is purchased, the user agrees and undertakes to be subject to this discounted ticket. For discounted tickets, the presentation of an identity card at the venue is mandatory.

- In the event of a delay at the time of the event, Pickaseat is in no way responsible for bringing the user to the event venue.
