"TATLI KAÇIK" written by John Patrick, directed by Naşit Özcan and written by Suha Uygur meets the audience.
Opal, who lives by collecting garbage in the house she shares with Mr Tanner and is connected to everything around her with infinite love and affection, changes unexpectedly with the arrival of three uninvited guests. Sol, Gloria and Brad enter Opal's peaceful life in pursuit of their own accounts. Although she is self-sufficient, Opal, who suffers from loneliness, does not even have the slightest hesitation about letting them into her life. However, the guests to whom she opens the doors of her house with infinite goodwill are not as eager as Opal to share their love.
Naşit Özcan, the director of the play Sweet Nutty, describes the character Opal as follows: "In today's world where people are rapidly moving away from each other, where everything is done for the sake of winning, where competition blinds the eyes and all human values are trampled underfoot, Opal, that is, goodness, challenges alone. It is unique and precious just like the precious stone it is named after. It needs to be protected and cherished. Because only goodness will save us in a world dominated by greed, money and evil."
