Event Rules

- Door opening time is 18:00.
- Each participant is subject to a ticket.
- Audience under 14 can only enter the venue with their parents.
- There is no age limit of 18 at the event.
- Sound systems in the event area may cause temporary hearing problems.
- Light installations in the event area may cause temporary eye discomfort.
- Participants who enter the event area will need to purchase a new ticket if they exit the event area.
- Event tickets should only be purchased from the official sales points designated by the organizer. The organizer has the right not to admit the holders of tickets not purchased from official sales points to the event venue.
- The organization owner has the right not to admit the person they do not deem appropriate to the event area, provided that the event ticket price is refunded.
- Food and beverages are not allowed in the event area.
- Pets are not allowed in the event area.
- You must keep your personal belongings with you in the event area. All personal belongings are the responsibility of the participant.
- It is forbidden to enter the event area with flammable, explosive (such as deodorant, spray, perfume, etc.), flammable, cutting and piercing tools and laser pointers.
- Recording is strictly prohibited during the event. Professional audio and video equipment (video cameras, cameras, etc.), selfie sticks, GoPro sticks, etc. will not be allowed in the event area.
- The right to use the photos and videos of the participants in the event in promotional materials belongs to the organizer and the participant accepts the use of this right by participating in the event.
- The organizer reserves the right to change the program and ticket prices.
- Advantageous period ticket prices are limited to the capacity and when the determined capacity is full, the organizer has the right to change the ticket prices without prior notice.
- Tickets will not be refunded in any way to participants who do not comply with the above-mentioned provisions.
- Do not buy your tickets from any point other than official ticket sales sites. Ticket checks are carried out with barcode readers at the door and such tickets are prevented from entering.
