        İstanbul, Eylül 1955…

        Annesinin ölümünün ardından İstanbul’a gelen Akay, yolu Kutup Gazinosu’na düştüğünde hayatının değişeceğinden habersizdir. Bir tesadüf onu hayalini kurduğu sahneye taşırken, yıllardır kendisinden saklanan geçmişiyle de yüzleşmek zorunda kalır.

        Ancak gazinonun ışıkları altında şarkılar söylenirken, dışarıdaki İstanbul giderek karanlığa gömülmektedir.
