        Geleneksel Türk Tiyatrosu’nun incelikli mizahını modern bir dille yeniden yorumlayan Tımarhane Manzaralı Konak, bir Orta Oyunu örneklemesi olarak sahneye uyarlanıyor. Tımarhaneden firar eden İbiş’in yolu, tesadüfen bir konağa düşer. Burada hizmetkâr olarak işe başlayan İbiş, kısa sürede konağın güzel kızına gönlünü kaptırır. Ancak genç kızın gönlünü kazanmak sandığı kadar kolay değildir; zira birbirinden renkli ve tuhaf talipler de peşindedir.

        Komik yanlış anlamalar, bolca entrika ve tipik Orta Oyun karakterleriyle bezeli bu dolantı komedisi, seyirciyi hem kahkahaya hem de geleneğin zarif hicvine davet ediyor.
