Açelya Elmas 25 Mayıs 1977, İstanbul doğumlu Türk oyuncu. Mimar Sinan Üniversitesi Devlet Konsevatuarı Müzik Bölümü'nden mezunudur. Kendisi gibi oyuncu olan Naz Elmas'ın ablasıdır.
