Nehir Tuna
Tekirdağ doğumlu. Marmara Üniversitesi İşletme Bölümü’nden mezun olduktan sonra film üstüne ilk yüksek lisansını 2008 yılında Rochester Institute of Technology’de tamamladı. Bir süre New York' ta Greencard Pictures'ta çalıştı. Sephora ve Rootsein webisode’larını yönetti. New York Üniversitesi Profesörü Marilyn Horowitz'in kreatif asistanlığını yaptı. Halen Columbia Üniversitesi’nde film dalında yüksek lisans eğitimi almaya devam ediyor. Freelance reklam yönetmeni olarak çalışmasını sürdürmektedir. 2019’da Sundance Screenwriters Lab’e, 2020’de de Sundance Directors and Screenwriters Lab’e seçildiği ilk uzun metraj projesi Yurt, dünya prömiyerini 2023 Venedik Film Festivali’nde yaptı.
