• İllere göre etkinliklerin satışa çıkma tarih ve saatleri; İstanbul, İzmir, Mersin, Antalya, Samsun: İnternet gişemizde, aylık opera ve bale programının belirlenmesi halinde temsil tarihinden 30 gün önce satışa sunulmaktadır.
• Ankara İnternet gişemizde, aylık opera ve bale programının belirlenmesi halinde temsil tarihinden 15 gün önce saat 10:30'da satışa sunulmaktadır. Ekim, Kasım, Aralık ve Ocak ayına özel olarak tüm etkinlikler gişe ve internette 30 gün öncesinde satışa sunulmuştur.
• Temsillerimiz ilan edilen tarih ve saatte başlar. Seansa geciken seyircilerimiz ilk perdeyi izleyemezler.
• Devlet Opera ve Bale Genel Müdürlüğü gerektiğinde temsil düzeninde ve programda değişiklik yapabilir.
• Devlet Opera Bale etkinlikleri için kurum kararı doğrultusunda 01.01.2016 tarihi itibari ile "Bilet Açığa Alma" işlemi artık gerçekleşmeyecektir.
• ÜYELİK girişi yapılarak satın alınan biletlerin iadesi, etkinlik saatine 48 saat kala BiLETLERiM bölümü içinde yer alan IPTAL ET kısmından yapılabilir. İptal/İade işlemleri internetten alınan ve gişeden yazdırılmamış  biletler için geçerlidir. 
• ÜYELIK girişi yapılmadan satın alınan biletlerin iade taleplerinin etkinlik saatine 48 saat kala info@biletinial.com adresine mail yoluyla iletilmesi gerekmektedir. İptal/İade işlemleri internetten alınan ve gişeden yazdırılmamış biletler için geçerlidir.
• 7 yaşından küçük izleyicilerimizin çocuk temsilleri dışındaki temsillere getirilmemesini rica ederiz.
• Bakanlığımız ve bağlı kuruluşlarında çalışan personel ve çocukları ile emekliler ve öğrenciler temsillerimizde gişeden kimlik ibraz etmek şartıyla indirim uygulanan yerlerden %30 indirim uygulanabilir.

• Toplu bilet taleplerinde asgari koltuk sayısı Genel Müdürlük ve bağlı Müdürlüklerce belirlenir ve 50 kişiden fazla olan taleplerde %30 indirim uygulanabilir.

• Gaziler, şehit ve gazilerin dul ve yetimleri, engelliler ile "65 yaşını doldurmuş, Muhtaç, Güçsüz ve Kimsesiz T.C. Vatandaşlarına Aylık Bağlanması Hakkında 2022 sayılı Kanun" kapsamındaki kişiler gişeden yer numarası almak kaydı ile temsilleri ücretsiz izleyebilirler. Bilgilerinize sunarız.

The sales dates and times of events are as the following;
• Tickets are available for sale for the stages in İstanbul, İzmir, Mersin, Antalya, and Samsun:  on the Biletinial 30 days before the day of the event providing that the monthly program of opera and ballet has been determined.
• For the stage of Ankara; Tickets are available for sale on Biletinial website at 10.30 am, 15 days before the day of the event providing that the monthly program of opera and ballet has been determined. For October, November, December, and January, all events are available for sale on our website and at ticket offices 30 days before the day of the event.
• Our representations start at the announced date and time. Late comer viewers will not be allowed to watch the first act of the event.
• If required General Directorate of the State Opera and Ballet reserves the right to make changes to the representation and program.
• Starting from 01.01.2016, by the decision of the General Directorate of the State Opera and Ballet,  the ‘’Open Ticket’’ process will no longer be available.
• Tickets purchased through membership can be canceled via the "CANCEL" button located in the "MY TICKETS" section until 48 hours left before the time of the event. This cancellation/refund procedure applies only to online purchases that are not purchased from the ticket office.
• The claims for refund for tickets purchased without a MEMBERSHIP must be sent to info@biletinial.com until 48 hours left before the time of the event. This cancellation/refund procedure applies only to online purchases that are not purchased from the ticket office.
• We kindly ask you for your understanding that children under the age of 7 should not be brought to events apart from the children's play.
• The staff working in the Ministry and its affiliated organizations and their children, retirees, and students can receive a %30 discount from the places where the discounts are applied by presenting their identity cards at the ticket office.
• The minimum number of seats for group ticket sales is determined by the General Directorate and affiliated directorates and a 30% discount can be applied for group sales over 50 people.
• Veterans, orphans and widows of veterans and martyrs, persons with disabilities, and Turkish citizens above 65 years of age within the scope of "Law No. 2022 can watch the events free of charge on condition that they get a seat number from the ticket office. For your information.
